At Furnish Green, we want you to love your home; if a piece doesn't fit your space, we offer a 14-day return window for store credit or exchange on all eligible furniture and decor. Please note that due to the vintage nature of our items, all returns must be in their original condition to qualify.

Return Process

  Email our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive an authorization code.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your item in its original materials to ensure it is protected from damage during the transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship or Drop Off

  Send the item back via a tracked courier service or schedule a drop-off at our local showroom during regular business hours.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once our team inspects the item and confirms its condition, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 3-5 business days.
